Silly question, too much food

I've been sticking to low carb quite successfully for about a month and lost 7 lbs. But today I've been really hungry and had lots of snacks; almonds, pork scratchings, strawberries & creme fraiche.
Have I totally ruined it? How much is too much?

Eat until you are full - but count your carbs. Stick to your carb limit. less than 50 will result in weightloss - but for best results stay under 20.

zero carb ideas are meat and fats - add butter to everything to fill you up.

If it is close to your period it could explain the hunger. Hunger is controlled by hormones (insulin is a hormone) so it isn't surprising we need more food at certain times of the month. just go with it.

Are you eating enough fat and protein? These will both keep you feeling full.

As long as you didn't have masses of almonds and strawberries, you should be fine, as they are all relatively low carb foods

Drink plenty of water and be super strict for the next few days!

I'm sure you'll be fine. I fell off the wagon spectacularly the other night and ended up eating a whole pack of cheddars someone had hidden in a cupboardBlush

Still lost half a pound.Grin
