Hi. I'm trying to cut out/lower carbs and I'm struggling for lunch idea that don't take ages to make. Can anyone give me some ideas? I need to take a packed lunch to work. There's no microwave, and not even much refrigeration, so it has to be something cold, that won't spoil just being in a cool bag for the morning. Can anyone help? I've found it easy to change breakfast habits but I'm struggling with lunch.
