Hi, I'm wanting to start a low carb diet and i've had a bit of a scout round on the googles for a bit of advise but I'm a tad confused. Are you supposed to count calories at the same time as keeping carb intake low? In order to loose weight I am supposed to consume about 1300 cals a day on a regular type diet (according to my fitness pal) but I'm not sure if you do this on low carb? Sorry if this is a bit dim witted but there you go. Also, if you want to put a smiley face do you actually type the word smile?
