Which pate is best when low carbing? Usually shop in lidl but can get to asda or tesco.

Most pates should be fine - but check the label on the back of the packet.

The lidl speciality pate box ( with six pates) is currently on offer at three pound, the carbs range from2.8 per 100g to 4.6 per 100 g. As you're theoretically not going eat the whole pack of six at once ( although I could if, er, forced) they are all fine. And delicious spread on a little gem lettuce leaf.
