I know calories are less important with low carbing. But out of interest, how many do you eat and lose weight? (Not at maintenance stage yet) and so you eat more on days you exercise?
A friend of mine had tried lowcarb for months with no success. She averaged around 16-1800 a day. as soon as she dropped to 12-1400 the weight started falling off her.
But I also read so many success stories where people eat up to 2000!

My carbs are low but I don't even consider calories. For me the higher the fat to protein ratio the more I lose.

It is still possible to over-eat, even if you're low carbing! But no, you don't have to worry about calories. I never think about calories.
