I've just started (yesterday) have read the book. I want to lose about 8 pounds but also eat in a way that makes me feel healthier. All my life I've followed a low fat diet but I feel it isn't doing me any good and I don't feel well.
So far, I feel ok but a bit strange (can't really describe it) and last night I felt very very thirsty even though I drank 3 litres of water yesterday.
This morning I seem to have got slimmer around my waist which I assume is the lost water.
