Post bootcamp question!

Today is my last day of bootcamp! Now, if I were to move on to general healthy eating with no explicit carbs (so continue not to eat bread/potatoes/pasta/rice) but not particularly watch it with fruit, houmous, that sort of thing, will I pile it back on?? I really want a green smoothie - very healthy, but surprisingly carby (around 40g). I'm quite happy to keep an eye on calories if necessary.

I haven't done bootcamp, but have low carbed for years. When I added fruit and some nuts I did put on weight, and did feel a bit unwell too. I keep it simple with meat, fish, veg and dairy. It's worth experimenting with to see what you can tolerate.
