Low carbing maintainers: how many g of carbs do you eat now?

When I was losing I stayed under 60g and sometimes under 25g.
Now I'm doing 100g - 130g carbs a day.
What about you? Am trying to get an idea of what's sustainable long term....

Oh, I exercise 4-6 times a week.

I don't count carbs, but I keep to a diet of meat, fish, veg and dairy. I feel healthier this way, and my weight is stable. I exercise a lot, but because I enjoy it. This is what I have been doing for years and will continue to do.

I don't count carbs either but eat similarly to the poster above. Depends on metabolism of course but after i lost the weight over 2 yrs ago now, I can eat a small amount of carbs (no idea of the g - sorry) most days without gaining. I would say I'm a carb reducer - I love this woe and it really works for me!
