I like to share with you all my symptoms whilst starting low carb. It helps me get through it and stick to it. I woke up this morning, 7 days in, with a headache from the pits of hell.
I'm also a bit of a hypochondriac :)
Paracetamol and water drunk.
Is this more sugar detoxifying? In a way I hope so rather than more prosaic not....
