I appear to have fallen off the list. Is it that people are copying old versions I wonder?

It won't be easy for Willie to do her list on the spreadsheet. I wonder if there is an easier way?

Can I join too please. I have low-carbed before and lost 2 stone but then started uni and everything went wrong! I ended up dropping out but also put a lot of weight back on due to the stress of the situation, to the point a lot of my clothes didn't fit anymore.

I have seen a few of the bootcamp threads before but never been around to join from the beginning so I'm jumping at this chance to get back into it. Been too scared to stand on the scales for a while now, so not sure what I weigh/ how much I need to loose, so Monday is going to be interesting!

I started "proper" yesterday. It was yum.

4 l of water (oh yes, I spent most of the day on the loo, but, it wasn't as hard as I'd thought. I have 2 half litre bottles of water in the fridge and just refilled them)

Scrambled egg and proscuitto for breakfast, Mackerel with lettuce for lunch, coffee with cream and leek/cabbage/bacon/cream/cheese/dollop of mustard for dinner.

Weighed myself this morning (I know, shouldn't have, but, I was curious) and I've lost a pound.

The Most Amazing Thing is that I wasn't even TEMPTED by biscuits etc. This has never happened before. Never.

I know it's only one day - but, I'm full of hope.

Mind's blown.

As of tomorrow, Buda, we move to a shiny, new section on Mumsnet, dedicated to Bootcamp!

This means that Willie won't have to set up the spreadsheet any more, as there is a weight tracking tool that they have developed for us.

Oooooooo - your own section!!!!!

And before Chipping tries to make money out of me being here this morning I am off again till later. Washing to do and a Death Star to build.

Oh - and Pistey - I also have to sort out my 'ends' on my square. Totally forgot. Will do and post tomorrow.

Count me in please, I've been calorie counting but it's not working.

I gained 9lbs over Christmas and have been boot camping since last Sunday. Despite two glasses of wine and half a chocolate orange(!) last night (Christmas leftovers, manfully ignored till then) I weighed myself this morning and have lost ...drumroll... 8.6lbs! In a week! And I was able to help a friend with baking for her little boys party (chocolate crispy cakes, choc chip cookies, chocolate coca cola birthday cake) AND attend said party all without even wanting to eat them! I'm delighted.

BIWI - Can I get up yet? My knees aren't what they used to be you know!!

Cider - I am very very envious I want a Death Star to build (assuming it's the lego one!!). I don't want it after (I'm not that weird!) I just want to build it!! (OK - weird enough for a grown woman!).

I have to finish my square too - my friends 8 yo was 'having a look' at it (I only needed to cast off) and she accidentally knocked a stitch off, which she tried to 'fix'... hence I now have whole unravelled 'column' I'm not sure I can save it, it might be a re-knit. Bless.
