Am totally determined to do LC way of eating from Monday.
My sister has been completing a very strict no carbs no sugar diet and lost 7lb in the forest week! she was only ten stone to start with!!
She did this diet very strictly for 2 weeks and now is very low carb with very low sugar and feels healthy and looks great.
I'm totally desperate to do the same. I did try my sisters diet but was starving taking boiled eggs or cold omlette to work and truth is that I get a black tea and chocolate croissant from prey every morning for breakfast and feel addicted to morning sugar :(. If the day starts off badly I must end up eating rubbish.
Am so wanting to eat well and get into a routine- is there any way this can work for me do you think? Will it work if I have a rubbish breakfast?
