I'm fed up of being fat
so I've decided to try a bit of low carbing before I result to the bottom squelchyness of Alli.
But am I doing it right?
Breakfast was 2 eggs (no milk or anything) bit of cheddar to flavour it.
Lunch (as I ate breakfast quite late not too hungry)
Full fat natural yoghurt with a few walnuts and a handful of berries.
Tea I am planning on having fish with salad and a sauce made from a soft cheese or cream????? May attempt cauliflower mash.
Also anyone know any quick lunches I can take to work?
