I've been bootcamping for 9 weeks now. Lost 6lbs over the first three weeks but have stalled ever since. I follow all the rules - plenty of fat, not too much dairy, green veg, loads of water, minimal alcohol at weekends but its just not shifting. I do eat a lot of eggs though and wondered could this be the problem? A typical daily menu could be
B: egg mayo or mini fritattas
L: tuna salad with loads of mayo
D: Spinach omlette/chicken/fish/meat with veg
S: coffee with double cream
I don't want to give up this WOE as it helps with so much other stuff too ie. PMT, fatigue, sleep etc. but I have at least 2 stone to shift and am getting impatient! Could I be eating too many eggs do you think? I really don't know what else I could tweak.
