just wondering how much you lost at the end of your 3 day uber camp and then how much for that week in total, oh and if you were doing boot camp which week were you on and why did you uber camp?
Asking as I'm on day 2 of uber camp as I want to see if dairy has an effect. Weigh in before uber camp showed a loss of 6lbs over 17 days so am now into week 3.
