I'd like to lose a stone or so. I know from experience that low carbing will work, and quite quickly esp if combined with upping my exercise (though as a sugar addict, I'm dreading the headache that will come on day 3...)
However, I can't see a future where I minimise cake, bread, pasta etc for life. Every time I've done half hearted low carbing it's all gone back on again once I stop.
An I right in thinking that this one is for life (thus prob not for me
