Autumn Low Carb Bootcamp starts 9 September - come and sign up!

Just giving you all advance notice, so you can decide if you want to join in.

As before, Bootcamp will last for 10 weeks - which will take us up to mid-November. Just in time to get us all ready for all those Christmas parties Grin

And as before, we will have a Spreadsheet of Wonderfulness, masterminded by the lovely WillieWaggleDagger, where you can (if you want) record your progress, week by week.

I am soooooo in!!! I've lurked & joined other threads, mainly for ideas etc - I don't post that much.

I low carbed for a while between May & August & felt great, but fell by the wayside on holiday 3 weeks ago. Since my return I've tried calorie counting & have been miserable, hungry, bloated etc etc.

I'm back low carbing today & feel better already Smile I don't feel angsty about being hungry & I'm looking forward to my celeriac soup for lunch!

I won't join the spreadsheet as I don't weigh, but I love this way of eating & need some inspiration to lose at least 2 stone.

So many people - a veritable party here!

So, I had a long-planned cheat last night as we were away for our anniversary mini break, but a strange thing happened. I ordered fish and chips planning to fall face first into the chunky chips, but whilst eating, i realised I didn't actually want all the chips and left loads of them (well when I say left, I mean my husband hoovered them up). This has literally never happened to me before, and I'm astonished that it happened with something that I thought I really missed. This way of eating has completely changed the way I am with food.

I restarted today after about 7 weeks off, the last three weeks in France eating bread until I was sick of it. I'm 8lb up on where I was but looking forward to getting back on the wagon with the help of BIWIs big stick.

BIWI- thank you! I caught the final week of the last bootcamp, read up and researched and fell in love with it! Have lost 1 stone 10lbs so far, 1 more stone to go!

Also got my gym loving, weight training husband into it and he's lost over a stone too!

I am however a complete cream and cheese fiend and have stalled the last week or so so need the bootcamp kick Grin

Would someone please add me as iPad is being an arse?
