Autumn Low Carb Bootcamp starts 9 September - come and sign up!

Just giving you all advance notice, so you can decide if you want to join in.

As before, Bootcamp will last for 10 weeks - which will take us up to mid-November. Just in time to get us all ready for all those Christmas parties Grin

And as before, we will have a Spreadsheet of Wonderfulness, masterminded by the lovely WillieWaggleDagger, where you can (if you want) record your progress, week by week.

I've never done low carbs before but I have a couple of stone to shift. Can't C&P on phone, would someone kindly add me to the list? Also a point in the direction of the rules or where to start or something like that as have no idea what I'm doing! I get that I eat less carbs Grin but not sure where to start...
