Low-carbing at a music festival - help!

Don't stand a chance, do I?

What can I eat? I've been low-carbing for about ten days and have found it absolutely brilliant, but I'm off to the Cambridge Folk Festival this weekend and I don't want to undo all my good work.

Any tips for damage limitation?

TIA

Eating out anywhere whilst low carbing can be hard. Especially where it will be burger vans, chips, sandwiches etc.

If there is hog roast - have that without the bread, I've asked for it in a tray before. Burgers, hotdogs at a push, just throw away the bread?

Alcohol - this can be next to impossible depending on what they serve. Somple places serve cider, lager or bitter only. Gin and slimline tonic/vodka diet coke if they have it?

I managed it for a few festivals (but had access to some v nice backstage catering so always had salad/protein options available), but now I'm just 'maintaining' I just tend to go off plan for a few days. If you want to do it, take olives, nuts etc as snacks and your own bottles of slimline tonic/soda water. If you are drinking please take into account that you may get drunker faster whilst low carbing, which when added to starting earlier in the day & the hot weather is a really dangerous combination (not that I got spectacularly pissed or anything like that oh no...)
