Back in September last year, DH and I started the Dukan, we were strict so by January time we had lost 22 and 24lbs each. Since then, we've plateau'd, Due to some depression I've put on between 3 and 6lbs, motivation is also low. I would love to lose another 10lbs so we re-started the Dukan a few weeks ago...and all I've done is put on a pound! Meanwhile DH has lost a bit more.
I'm a vegetarian so really struggle with this diet, I have used Quorn products since the start, plus I have to have All-Bran (thanks to a dodgy childbirth), the oatbran doesn't hit the spot! I'm running about 20 miles a week plus doing Shred 3-4 times a week, yet the weight isn't shifting.
I'm wondering about changing to another diet as I really miss fruit and veg, but what? What would be fairly low carb but allows fruit and veg?
