Low carb and nut free- sweet treat ideas!

I have a nut allergy but have been low carbing for a month - lost a stone!!
I am into a good pattern, in that time I have had the odd bad day but generally am pleased with my progress.

I am keen to make some puddings or bake something low-carb.
Online, all the recipies use almond flour or coconut, both which I can't have.

Any ideas? Thanks

You can use tapioca flour in place of coconut and almond flours Smile

At this time of year you can easily make something fruit based. Can't go wrong with strawberries. If you get sonata or one of the driscoll varieties, they need no sugar adding to be palatable.

You could try meringues or coconut macaroons (if you're OK with coconut)
