Hi All

I want to give low-carbing or even low-GI a try to shift some of this post-baby weight, and I've heard the Rose Elliot books recommended a lot.

Which one do you recommend to get going with?

I'm looking for recipes and meal plans. I don't live in the UK, and these books aren't available but I'm visiting the UK soon and would like to bring one or more back with me.

Any other suggestions?

Many thanks!

According to the amazon reviews the GI one is an add on to the low carb one.
