I have been busy reading the boot camp threads and have been inspired to start low carbing.

I don't drink tea or coffee because I am trying to avoid caffeine. I drink fruit tea instead - usually lipton red fruits. I have tired herbal teas but tbh they all taste like stewed grass to me!

is fruit tea ok on low carb?

As long as they dont have added sugar, they are fine! Have you tried any of the fruit green teas? They are lovely with also having lots of health benefits. I especially love Twinnings green tea with peppermint. I also love the mango, cranberry & blueberry ones.
