Are you doing it or not? Seems you aren't too serious!!

I'm pretty sure this will put you back to where you started if you we're strict all week and in ketosis. Unless someone can correct me? Your body will take another 3/4 days to get back there.

Not really what you asked, but you can make low carb pizza at home, if that's what you're craving. Most pizza toppings are great for low carb anyway, and there's plenty of pizza base recipes out there. (My favourite's a base mostly out of grated cheese!)

Thank you noomyx. :-)

i will have a look out for the pizza base recipes. i didnt really crave it, my husband works away and came back last night with a huge pizza! smelt so nice! lol

You could always do some exercise to get rid of the excess glycogen you're storing due to your pizza - a long walk, swim or run - anything as long as it's physical activity. Don't let perfect be the enemy of good! We all fall off the wagon - it's getting back on quickly that makes all the difference.

snoworneahva thank you! i will do some exercise when my little girl goes for her nap.

Feel alot better now, its the first time in 5 day (i think its 5 days) that i have messed up!! xx
