I’m new to all of this, it’s only been a week! I’m absolutely desperate to shed some weight after piling on 3 stone since 2019. Prior to this I was only having 1500 calories a day and walking 10k steps, but not losing anything. I am peri menopausal!
I’m trying to aim for 20g or less of carbs now and around 1200 calories… but today I’ve had 34g. Is this ok?
