Have been low carb for nearly 4 weeks and loving it. The meat for my low carb dinner tonight has gone off so in a last ditch attempt to rustle up something to eat, I mashed tuna in oil with some cream cheese. I decided to put a few pasta shells through the tune and cream cheese. It was enough pasta to fit inside the cream cheese container (don't ask!) So not much. Now I'm worried I've spoiled my run and I'll gain weight overnight. Any thoughts on this? I've been doing so well!
