Has anyone seen these recently? My local M&S seems to have had a reshuffle and now they're not there! They were a bootcamp recommendation and are perfect for having with a low carb homemade soup in this weather!

I hunk they've been discontinued unfortunately. I was looking for them for ages and asked a store assistant if they were getting any more in and he said no. They were ideal for a low carb snack with cheese.

For anyone else looking, the closest replacement I've found is these from Waitrose -

Holland and Barrett do a nice low-ish carb cracker as well. They don't always have it in store but you can order it to be delivered to your local shop. https://www.hollandandbarrett.com/shop/product/the-beginnings-almond-crackers-60036138

I make my own, using a recipe from Fast 800. Not quite the same but VLC and tasty.

If I remember it all...

60g parmesan, 60g cheddar, 60g ground almonds (if I don't have parmesan I do all cheddar and TBH it is just as nice)
3 tbsps seeds (I do one each pumpkin, sesame, sunflower).
Mix together, add 1 egg white.
Divide into c.10 balls and flatten.
Bake at 200/gas 6/180 fan for 15 mins.

They keep for a week in an airtight container.

If you divide into 10 I think it's 1.5g carbs each).
