Having a problem with body odour

I've been low carbing for about 3 months and unfortunately it's making me smell! To the extent that when I get out of the shower and dry off, when I lift my arms to put on deodorant my armpits are already starting to smell again.

And the last straw was going to see a doctor about my ear and him insisting I needed to see a dentist because he could smell decay. (The dentist gave me a clean bill of health.)

The diet is working really well, but I'm starting to feel like I'd rather be fat and smell nice than be slim and stinky!

Is anyone else going through this, is there anything that can help, or does it eventually stop?

Use unscented bar soap instead of shower gel.
No clue why but I suddenly started smelling, I saw people on here recommended bar soap. Problem was instantly solved.

I do put sure maximum protection on at night too. That’s when you are supposed to apply antiperspirant.

I will try that, thank you!

Agree. Use bar soap and Mitchum is your friend.
Low carb makes your breath smell so be aware, brush teeth and floss and use mouthwash but carry mints as well.

How low carb are you going?
