The last thread of the Jan 2022 Bootcamp is still going with the amazing support and knowledge for low carbing.

My bootcamp started in the week before the January one, to get the discomfort of the sugar withdrawal over with sooner rather than later and am still going strong.

Hope you join , the more the merrier.
