I have started low carb after no success on SW ( I know, I know ..it’s all that rice and pasta!) .
About five years ago I lost over two stone on low carb eating and am keen to do the same again.
I have lost a pound this week ...but also about two inches on my waist ( I know that can fluctuate through that day). I am aiming to lose about ten inches from my waist to get into a healthy range. Giving myself until about September to do this.Am I being realistic?
