Year of 2020 I lost over 80 being 252lbs at my heaviest I lost it very fast too fast but I did work for up until the end I wouldn't eat for days then I got pregnant to when I was brave enough to way my self a month after having the baby I weighed 211lbs from being around 170lbs I have been dieting properly for two weeks and have lost 11lbs.
I first lost the weight with exercising, keto and fasting which I was very good with until to it turned unhealthy I wouldn't eat more than 4g of carbs a day and no more than 400 calories or not eat for days . I do want to loose weight fast but not going into that habit I have returned to keto and have tried to have cheat days but I will instantly throw up the meal that I have had! Or have to make my self sick because I have that feeling. I always knew I wanted to become active again after the pregnancy due to stopping going the gym when I was pregnant which I love being active I burn around 13k calories and do 13k or more steps that's not the issue it is the eating.

Wanting some tips to stay focused and not have a bad relationship with food.

Hey, eat what you want. I am always on a diet hahaha. Do not take yourself too seriously, especially if you are pregnant, it is supposed to be the best time of your life. Enjoy it, xx

I'm not quite sure what you're asking here - but if you're interested in low carbing, have a read of all the Bootcamp threads and see if this would work for you.

You certainly can't eat what you want though, @Ihaveaname, on a low carb diet.
