Help, I can't find the cauliflower cheese recipe!

Lunch is in the oven so I need it ASAP, can anyone help??

300ml dbl cream - bring to boil. Add loads of grated cheese (any - mature will give stronger taste), 50g full fat cream cheese, garlic powder & black pepper. Stir and melt cheese. Take off heat and squeeze juice of half a lemon into the sauce. Pour over lightly boiled veg (can use fresh or frozen - I like to boil for about 5 mins as dont like veg too mushy), more cheese on top. In oven for 10/15 mins. Yum & enjoy!

That's for one whole cauliflower. I can eat the whole lot but as a side dish, maybe 3 or 4?

Steam rather than boil your cauliflower so you don't get liquid seeping into your sauce when you put it in the oven.

Another idea for not getting the liquid poring out, is to roast the cauliflower first, then pour the sauce over. Gives an amazing flavour!

Well that was bloody delicious. Sauce was a bit wet, but still really good. And there's some left for another day!

Must be my lucky day! Bought a cauliflower yesterday, but haven’t made this cheese sauce before. Will definitely try it tomorrow.

I love cauliflower cheese.
Unfortunately cauliflowers are €2.69 atm in France.
