I'd also recommend Seriously Low Carb bread . The best thing I've found to 'real' bread - in fact I don't think you'd realise it wasn't.

I agree with BIWI, it’s great bread. We used to buy it regularly. I now make my own (dp also low carbing and “needs” bread) in my bread maker, using the keto king recipe. That turns out pretty similar to the seriously low carb one.

@2022sucksalready ,do you have a recipe for the homemade LC bread you make. I've looked on the web and found a few. But, they've all got ingredients in that I can't buy.

• 240ml warm Water
• 2 Large Eggs, Whole, Raw
• 60g Oat Fibre
• 50g Milled Flaxseed
• 190g Vital Wheat Gluten Flour
• teaspoon Table Salt
• 6g Runny Honey
• 1g Xanthan Gum
• 30g Butter, Salted
• 8g Yeast
Throw it all in in that order (keep salt and honey to the edges and yeast in the middle) and do on regular white loaf setting or quick wholemeal. You can half the recipe if you like (though it sometimes comes out a bit of an odd shape that way). Or do it on the dough setting and then shape into rolls, let it rise and then bake in the oven like normal rolls.

I get the oat fibre and vital wheat gluten from Amazon. The original recipe also had some sweetener in it, I’m assuming to do with Americans preferring a slightly sweeter loaf. I’ve never bothered adding any.

@2022sucksalready Thankyou sooo much !! That's really kind. I'm going to need to source that Xanthan gum. I've never heard of that before. Fingers crossed 🤞🏽 Smile
