I’ve been on the bootcamp and haven’t really come off the intense starting rules- no fruit, alcohol etc. And I am seeing great changes above the waist- less back fat and under boob fat definitely. Have lost over a stone now with around 2 to go (don’t know exactly as have no scales and haven’t weighed in nearly a week). But my target trousers (well they’re mid target- a nice pair of Next size 14 jeans) are not becoming any easier. I thought maybe the fat around my tummy and my overhanging belly bits are never going to shift. And I might just end up with a slim torso with just loose skin all down the bottom that I all need to fold into my pants or something. sigh
I know I won’t have a physique to die for - and will hopefully have a physique I won’t die FROM. But can anyone give me hope about my mum tum?
