Milk

Considering signing up for the next boot camp and wanted to run a milk based question passed someone.

I don't like plant milks but I love tea and like coffee. I am happy to swap to herbal tea for most of the time but I will still want a tea first thing, a tea or coffee at lunch time and a small coffee after dinner.

This is a huge reduction for me but I've tried to cut out dairy in the past and have been miserable as sin so it's not realistic to aim for no cows milk.

How much of an impact will this have? I could probably lose one at a push so would have maybe 50/75mls a day. I am a pescatarian and eat a lot of cheese/yoghurt in case this makes a difference.

If you can cut it down to that much, it shouldn't be too much of a problem - but it's impossible to be definitive about it, I'm afraid! Everyone has a different level of carb intake that they can tolerate. And some people find that dairy impedes their weight loss.

Best advice I can give you is to just give it a go, and see what happens.
