I've been low carbing since the end of May and lost 12lbs. Went back onto HRT after a break and I'm now really struggling to lose weight despite being pretty consistent in what I'm eating ie bootcamp rules.
Has anyone successfully lost weight low carbing while on HRT? Hopefully I'm jus tbeing paranoid. I first started HRT 3 years ago which coincided with me gradually putting on an extra stone, so I'm worried!
