Lacto free milk

I'm restarting low carb yet again. I did Atkins years ago to get success. Low carbing is literally the only diet I've found works, when I stick to it. I get the science etc etc.

Anyhoo, I'd probably like to do Fast 800 but as it's only day 2 I'm just concentrating on the carbs, keeping an eye on calories and will stress about IF later. I tend not to have breakfast anyway unless I'm on early shifts.

Which brings me to milk. I can't do without my morning coffee. That's non negotiable to making this a woe. Almond milk is like drinking water despite the low carb count, normal milk is too high. I've been drinking lacto free which is only 2.6 per 100g, which to me is good.

Does anyone else drink this and continue to lose? I'm talking a splash in my one (maybe 2) cups of coffee. I've nixed the lattes Sad

I do low carb and lost (and have kept off) over 2 stone. Coffee was also non- negotiable for me and I always had 2 -3 cups a day with blue milk. It didn't stop me losing. I was also in ketosis when I first stArted and having a splash of milk did not knock me out of Ketosis.

I know purists think you should have any at all, but it was fine for me.

When is started doing some exercise, I even had a small cappuccino and that was ok too.
