Is there a list of what you can and can’t eat when low carbing?

I sure I saw a big page before with a list of things you can and can’t eat when low carbing. Does anyone know where is was? Thanks

The bootcamp spreadsheet has sheets with various lists of allowed foods, carb counters etc.

That's what I'm using to help me meal plan ready to start low carbing next week Smile

If you look for any of the week 1 posts I've made, there's usually a list there in my OP. Also, what you can't eat will depend on what kind of low carb plan you're following - if you're being really strict, then you should exclude all legumes/pulses.

If you were doing Bootcamp, then you can't eat:

pasta/noodles
rice
potatoes/sweet potatoes/sweetcorn/beetroot
pulses/legumes
bread (of any kind, including pitta, flat breads, wraps)
cereals (including granola)
flour/cornflour
sugar (which includes agave syrup, honey, molasses)
sweets and chocolate (apart from high cocoa content plain chocolate which you can have occasionally)
full sugar fizzy drinks
fruit juice
balsamic vinegar
most fruits, but especially banana and grapes

You can eat:

all meat/fish/eggs (although try and avoid those that are processed)
cheese (in moderation)
full fat plain yoghurt
cream
butter
olive oil/avocado oil/coconut oil/lard
all green veg
most other veg (except the ones listed above)
some fruits in moderation - specifically berries

Hope that helps!
