Hi I know there is a wealth of info on here but so much so sift through. How should I tackle no carb to begin with. Today I am having bacon and egg for breakfast and have a beef casserole for dinner.
I am not going to be completely strict on everything initially but no cereals bread or crackers and potatoes.

I am going shopping later. Trying to keep life simple so buying chicken beef and eggs. What should I put on my list.

Flowers thanks so much for any support

I’m in week 2 and have just been keeping things simple with fish and veg for both meals per day. On my shopping list I have smoked salmon, fresh salmon fillets, frozen tuna steaks, spinach, eggs, mushrooms, salad, courgette, double cream, strawberries, Greek yogurt. Actually that’s pretty much all I’m eating at the mo.

Thank you so much. That sounds really good. I am only on day 3. I have cut out all break crackers potatoes cereal etc. I am allowing myself milk in my tea. Today I had meat and veg and chicken and salad. I am finding myself needing to use the toilet a lot (fluid) Blush too much info I know. But I feel I am on the right track. Snacks and biscuits are my big downfall so just by not having them I will make progress. Also went for a big walk this evening. It is good to be more positive. Rather than comfort or eating due to boredom.
