Fell off the wagon

I cut down on carbs for about 2 weeks (I still had porridge in the morning though so not Keto) and felt amazing. The reason I decided to go low-carb was to lose a bit of weight but also because I am completely addicted to sugar, and cutting down on carbs really seemed to help.

I then had a couple of cheat days and as a result my sugar cravings came back with a vengeance. Does anyone have any tips for getting back on the wagon? I'm feeling a bit annoyed at myself and demotivated, and struggling to manage the sugar cravings. Would going strictly low-carb (rather than light/moderate) help with this?

Just get back on it. Don't make any excuses - and make sure you haven't got any easy carbs in the house.

And jettison the porridge! That's not low carb/Bootcamp.

Lesson for the future? Cheat days clearly don't work for you!
