Hi
I'm considering low carb as a vegetarian and wanted to as, would a salad with feta or other cheese needed be a suitable lunch?

Yes feta/greek salad would be fine as would marinated tofu or stilton and walnut. You could do blue cheese and broccoli soup or cauliflower creamy cheesey soup

Yes, all fine - just make sure you use an oily dressing (avoid shop bought ones as they will have sugar in them).

I make a frittata or frittata muffins which last a few days in the fridge.
