Oes anyone have experience of this and how would you deal with it?
I've been doing keto since friday. I thought I was lowering my carbs slowly enough by including an apple each day in top of berries with nuts and yogurt for breakfast, and chickpeas with tuna, salad, tomatoes and olive oil for tea last night, but this morning I've awoken to keto rash on my neck, going up onto my jaw and cheek and behind my ear. This seems a bit extreme after only 2 days so I'm reluctant to just tough it out like some online sources suggest, so should I add more carbs for a few days and see if it goes?
