What is the best low carb/sugar free cookbook?

Can anyone recommend please?

There are loads! One I really like is Rose Elliot's, although that's a vegetarian one, which links with her vegetarian low carb diet here

Tom Kerridge wrote one which he called the Dopamine Diet . Although there are some nice recipes in there, he uses a lot of rather dubious ingredients and a lot of artificial sweeteners, which I'm not so keen on.

To be honest, I have so many cook books anyway, I just tend to either cook the lower carb options, or amend a recipe to make it lower carb.
