How to get out of keto so I don’t vomit at a drinks party!

Just that really.
TMI- turns out I’d I have more than two alcoholic drinks on keto I vomit.
I’ve got a big event coming up which will be lots of food and drinks etc. I’m thinking I should probably come out if keto so I can have drinks and not get sick. Would a car by lunch on that day be enough to get me out of Ketosis and stop me puking?

No you need 2 days of eating high carbs.

Is it worth it though? If it’s going well for you do you want to break it?
Speaking from experience the moment I break my eating rules I just slide back into bad habits. The day after the event are you going to wake up with a hangover and need a day of carbs to feel better?

Think carefully.

Fan- it’s a really big event otherwise I wouldn’t compromise my diet for it. But I totally agree that it’s an easy slip and I won’t use it as an excuse to keep eating 😬
