I am battling with my weight like never before. Late 40s and recovering from serious accident so exercise is limited to walking, swimming. I need structure so eating the same thing daily isnt an issue. I drink alot of water.
B- black coffee 2 boiled egss
L - Mixed cabbage, pepper, lettuce, carrot salad
65g drained tuna in water
D - salad and either
Steak, chicken, fish,
Broccoli, courgette as a change from salad.

Natural yoghurt as dressing
A portion of low carb fruit per day.
I have a lot of weight to lose. It's this or surgery.
I obviously over eat but I very rarely drink and haven't eaten gluten or any gf bread/pasta/cake/ biscuit substitutes for about 12 years.
I'll cut the rice, potatoes and cheese.

Why don’t you come and join us on the bootcamp thread? You’d be very welcome. We are currently on the thread entitled Bootcamp Ordinaire week 2. To give you hope, I lost 80lbs with bootcamp in 2017, at the age of 59 and with limited mobility after an accident (and no thyroid). It was last chance saloon for me before surgery. I went from a size 24 to a 12, and feel better than I would ever have thought possible.

Have a look at the boot camp threads. You don't have enough fat in that example and you will be hungry.
