I've not posted before but lurked on the January boot camp. I started at half term (mid feb) after totally failing to lose any weight with 'healthy eating' in January.
I've now lost 13lbs in 12 weeks following boot camp rules & reading the threads for the week I was on. For the first time in well over 2 years I tipped the scales under 10 stone this morning. 😁
I want to lose about another stone and will join boot camp later this month if that's ok. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for the tips and encouragement you post. Especially @Biwi and @shagmeriggins (love the user name!). It's been really helpful.
