Just looking for tips. I am trying low carb to support a family member and see if it storms my daytime sleepiness. I’ve had success before with IF.

This week I had salmon and avocado for lunch- two pieces of salmon with an avocado. By three pm my biscuit craving was off the scale. Much less so than when I would have my normal sandwich. Any tips or advice? Does this go away after time?

How much water have you been having? If you're hungry, you should be eating, as long as it's HFLC - an egg, say, or some veg in butter (I often ensure I have left over veg for just such circumstances). Maybe you're not yet ready for IF if you're not yet ketogenically adapted. It's why we say in the Rules to eat 3 meals a day for the first 2 weeks (if you're new to it).

Come and join us on the current Boot Camp thread (Week 6 at the moment, will be moving on to Week 7 tomorrow). There are regularly newbies who jump in.

Did you not have any breakfast? How much fat was in that meal? How much water did you have?
