I am starting (again) today as I've not lost weight so been doing it wrong.

Breakfast is:2 boiled eggs
Lunch: cold salmon fillet & salad
Dinner: pork chop, broccoli

I need 3 snacks too

normally I'd have a cheese portion (30g) plus a nut sachet, 1 whole fruit

I get that i cant have the nuts or fruit on Bootcamp.
What CAN I have pls as i have eggs for breakfast??
(pref portable if poss)

Why do you need he snacks? Going properly LCHF your appetite will regulate and you should be full.

How about flourless muffins instead of just the eggs? Add chorizo, cheese and some spinach or broccoli to bulk out.

Oily dressing on the salad at lunch.

Cheese sauce on the brocolli or add some spinach sauteed in butter.

For medical reasons I need to eat 6 small meals a day rather than 3 big ones, so 3 small meals and 3 snacks but the snacks need to be portable so asking for suggestions that fit with the LCHF WOE for that.

Small pot of plain yogurt (with double cream as you seem low in fat)

An avocado

What kind of medical condition do you have? The thing about regular eating is that every time you eat, you're raising your blood sugar/insulin levels, which won't be great for weight loss.

I make egg mayo and mix it with fried lardons, makes a great breakfast on it's own or as part of a salad for lunch. Just stick it in a pot and it's ok to eat a few hours later if not refrigerated.

Chicken mayo and tuna mayo work too. I add a bit of grated cheese on my tuna and give it a blast in the microwave.

Pork scratchings, olives, cheese cubes are good portable snacks too.
