Any low carb shakes to buy?

Are their any meal replacement shakes that don't taste horrid and would just stay in the cupboard after one try, compatible with the fast 800 or 5:2 diets?

Not the right place to ask this as we don't encourage meal replacement shakes on this Way of Eating Wink.

Proper HFLC food is what is recommended. Closest you'd get to a shake is Full Fat Greek yoghurt with some added double cream Grin

The Fast 800 website sells shakes that are compatible with the Fast 800 diet, so they're low calorie and also low carb.
