What’s the difference between LC, Keto and BSD?

Are they all on a spectrum - one softer at the softer end - another on the more extreme end?

Do they also vary by results and sustainability?

Lc can be anything 150g net carbs or less.
Keto high fat low protein 20g net carbs.
Idk what bsd is.

Thanks Ant - BSD = Blood sugar diet “lowish carbs, healthy fats - Mediterranean 800 cal for 8 weeks Michael Moseley who published the 5:2 - he has now updated BSD by adding in a 16:8 fast
