I have been low carbing for 3 weeks now, combined with 16:8, and have found it really doesn't take much food to fill me up anymore.

I've just had a 2 egg omelette with mushrooms, spinach and cheese, and 700ml of water and my stomach feels uncomfortable.

Last night I had a small cup of broccoli and cauliflower soup with double cream, then a stack of aubergine, courgette, tomato, mozzarella and avocado, all cooked in butter. I intended to cook some spinach to go with it, but COULDN'T FACE ANY MORE FOOD!!!

I am concerned that I am not eating enough to be able to get sufficient fat ratio. I am veggie so can't just chow down on fried chicken skin.

Is this it for me now? Am I destined to be evermore one of those women who 'eats like a bird'?? And more importantly, will this WOE still work if I can't eat more than 2 smaller meals a day?

Yes that’s what lowcarbing does to your appetite.

If you’re worried about fat intake make sure to eat plenty of nuts, full fat yogurt, cheese, lots of oily dressings on your salads, mayonnaise (if you like it) and have a bulletproof coffee here and there.

You’ll be fine and will continue losing weight at the recommended pace, plus probably the odd ‘whoosh’ here and there (depending on how much you have to lose).

I find the same today I have managed:
B: a piece of Brie and a cream coffee
L: green salad with mozerella and cucumber and celery with mayo and a few lardons
D: a tuna streak wit a dollop of creek

I’m just not hungry!

Loads of water too
